Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All bookings are considered final once confirmed. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
2. Cancellations by Customer

More than 24 hours before scheduled service: Full refund will be issued.

Less than 24 hours before scheduled service: A cancellation fee of 75% of the quoted fair will be charged, and the balance (if any) refunded.

No-Show (failure to appear): No refund will be provided.
3. Cancellations by Company
If we must cancel a service due to vehicle issues, driver availability, weather, or other reasons within our control, you will receive either:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Delays & Service Interruptions

Refunds are not guaranteed for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or events outside our control.

If a service is significantly impacted due to our error (e.g., wrong pickup location, unreasonable delay caused by driver), we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
5. Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable:

Tips or gratuities.
