We provide professional driving and transportation services within Texas. Availability may vary depending on location, driver availability, and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service in situations where safety, legality, or policy may be compromised.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide accurate personal and payment information.
Comply with all applicable Texas laws and regulations.

3. Reservations & Cancellations

Booking: Services must be scheduled in advance via phone, website, or app (if applicable).
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than [X hours] before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to appear at the scheduled time and location may be charged in full.

4. Payments

Payment is required at the time of service or in advance, depending on booking terms.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express through Square.
All fees are stated in U.S. dollars.
Unpaid balances may result in suspension of future service and possible collection action.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Refrain from unsafe, unlawful, or abusive behavior toward drivers or staff.
Wear seat belts and comply with all safety instructions.
Not transport hazardous, illegal, or dangerous items.

6. Company Responsibilities

We agree to:

Provide safe, reliable transportation.
Ensure our drivers are properly licensed and insured in Texas.
Maintain vehicles in compliance with applicable safety and health standards.

7. Service Limitations

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or events beyond our control.
Personal belongings lost or left in vehicles.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.

8. Liability

Our liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount you paid for the ride in question.
We carry required Texas insurance coverage, but passengers are responsible for their own personal property.
